Refund & Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition—unused, unworn, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues

We ask that you check your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if it is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. This allows us to address the issue promptly.

Exceptions and Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons if you simply change your mind. This information will be clearly noted on the product page. If you have any questions or concerns about your specific item, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the item you want is to return the original product and, once the return is approved, make a new purchase for the desired item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that banks or credit card providers may take additional time to process and post the refund.
